Fitness that fit in your busy lifestyle and budget so you can work out whenever you fancy
A carefully formulated program of cardio training, designed around 50 minutes of fat burning and strength training exercises. Classes are structured so that everyone can enjoy an intense workout at their own level. The 10-15 minute warm-up involves a combination of calisthenics, weight-lifting and cardio work. We then move into a mixture of movements designed to activate every major muscle group in your body, and wrap it up with a short, high intensity session to build your strength, endurance and stamina.
